Our service team is expanding, which means even more resources dedicated to keeping your home comfortable and your business running smoothly.
The office at 79 Lake Ave, Lake Luzerne, NY 12846, will remain open with the same business hours. The Waterhouse family, including John Waterhouse, will continue to play an important role, working alongside the Mirabito team to ensure the highest level of service.

On the other hand, we are still very much a family business. Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Hours are extended during winter months.
Many of the same people who previously supported you are joining the Mirabito team.
The combined company will honor all existing price commitments you have. We will work hard to ensure competitive pricing and help you manage your energy dollars in the future.
Yes, we have your delivery records, but if your tank drops below the ¼ mark, please call us.

If you had credit before the combination of companies, it will be extended to you with Mirabito. Payment is due 30 days from the date of delivery. You can receive a “prompt-pay” discount for paying within 10 days – call 800-934-9480 to learn more. If you are currently a cash-on-delivery customer, there is no change.
You can view and pay bills, see your order history, request delivery,
track rewards, and more from the convenience of your phone or computer via the
Mirabito Online Portal. You can also download the
Mirabito App from the App Store or Google Play. You’ll need your new Mirabito account number found on your first invoice or delivery ticket.
Mirabito Rewards lets customers earn points redeemable toward gas purchases at Mirabito Convenience Stores or home heating and service purchases. Rewards can also be donated to charity. Points expire 180 days after earning and can be redeemed by calling 800-934-9480, via the customer portal, or the
Mirabito App.
